The APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) certification program provides supply chain professionals with a deep understanding of production and inventory management concepts. It equips participants with the tools and techniques to improve forecasting, planning, scheduling, and inventory management. The course covers essential topics such as demand management, materials requirements planning (MRP), and the execution of supply chain activities.
